Not a glitch.. The swarm grenade is the worst grenade for a Hunter .. It's been overlooked for a long long time .. Just like the bad juju obsidian mind combo was kinda passed over till the buff to pulse rifles .. The Titan has the alpha chest piece bubble orbs loadout and that's what this is .. You have to do significant damage with this grenade and having two of the same perk lets you stack up to 14% making the worst grenade ever suddenly viable .. Now we have to counter this by staying out of the range of hunters grenades. New tactics will have to be developed to counter this threat ..

It's a glitch, bug, exploit, whatever you want to call it. The perk is supposed to trigger on kill as per the reading of the perk, but swarm grenades causes it to trigger on hit, for each little projectile that hits. This is unintended bug. It's more than viable, it's outright broken now. Trading your grenade use for a full or near full super isn't anything close to being balanced. This is beyond a "strong combo". New tactic should be to get Bungie to fix it.

Yeah, but people freaked out and claimed it was a cheat and wanted ban hammers ect .. Right after the buff because dudes where running wild with nova bombs in crucible and they either couldn't do it or dismantled the bad juju or didn't buy the obsidian mind ..

No, just no. You are comparing apples to oranges. Instead of exploiting (which is cheating and can get you banned) just practice at pvp and try to get better.
