I just solo'd this twice in order to get my elder cipher completed. It isn't too hard you just don't use the right strategy.

Do you think you got fewer ads going solo? If so, it might be easier to solo for some people

No I can't say there were any less than when I have done it with friends. I'm not trying to be almighty or anything that's just what I observed. It was a matter of tucking over in the left corner there and having a sniper rifle, your choice of heavy and primary.

What weapons did you use? Our strategy was working OK in that we were able to go through several detainment shield in a row. We just couldn't do enough damage on Qodron before we missed an eye... I would be very interested in your weapons used...
