wow.. what just happened in ironbanner.
Seriously? first time i've ever had a team do this. i was in a game of ironbaner and the entire enemy team spawn trapped us at A-side and continuously killed my team everytime we respawned (this was on pantheon btw) we've reached a whole new level of cheap ladies and gentleman

I think I played that game. We just progressively pushed you back into A until our entire team had you trapped. You didn't stay long, spawns fixed eventually. If it wasn't you, well, that's happened at least twice then haha

2 RepliesMy team got spawn trapped once, I went 24-2. Spawn trapping is not nearly as effective as it is in games like Halo lol. Anyone can just nova bomb or Arc blade 2-3 people and traps gone. You must of had a really terrible team to get trapped for more than a few minutes lol.

Lots of people can't aim very well. Just work as a team pick them off then split up in too 3 and capture zones

Same thing happened to me yesterday, but at C. 2 players quitted right when the game started and the other team was just picking us off. But 2 players joined and we pushed through and won the game :)

You need the thorn or camp with a shotty. Not a whole lot of skill involved except not pushing forward to far and covering lanes. It's an equipment based game, not that much FPS skill is needed

Spawn camping happens in nearly every online FPS game,Learn to deal with it and stop coming to the forums looking for sympathy because honestly,none of us really care about it.

Is it me or is pantheon LITERALLY every other game? I appreciate them adding them in but we've just had a weekend full of pantheon, mix it up a bit

I actually checked if it was my team that did this to you today, because we did this to 3 teams today, they couldn't push past 1/3 of the map haha.

It isn't hard to do, you just need 6 people playing together & cutting off fire lanes. Spawn killing is something that doesn't happen a lot in this game due to Line of sight being necessary to watch someone spawn in & you kill them before they react. Destiny does a good job of not spawning in easily accessible line of sights & generally the programming has been more than decent here. So before you cry "baby" make sure to make to explain or those here will rake you over live coals

I'm sorry for everyone on that team. I don't think anyone spawn traps me haha. No one will consistently win that many gunfights against me. 2 in a row and I send you a message tipping my hat.

3 RepliesThe solution is to team up and push in force on one route to break the trap. Rushing off on your own is the only reason this works. People get frustrated and try to break out on their own and get killed every time they try to leave the spawn area. Your almost always facing 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 odds when you are not working together.

As soon as I saw spawn trap I knew pantheon was gonna be the map. Yes, that map is horrible and now notorious for being able to spawn trap the opposition.

2 RepliesIts called a team that knows how to play a domination game and doesn't push up so spawns dont switch and if your team can't get out of it well sucks that's why its called spawn trap
