From what I know you can only lag switch being the host. Everyone else doing it will lag out. Also people that look like they are aren't doing it intentionally. They are just acting from really far away.

there are a ton of vides online where people are hacking in PVP in this game and it's unfornte I don't bother with pvp cause well I simple suck at it I rather do the pve aspect of the game yes I may never get the thorn but what ever I am happy playing it the way I do, that being said for the people that are hacking its making the game alot less fun for those that are trying to playing legit.
