I like Halo 4, personally, but holy shit. Solo legendary (LASO) is rage inducing. Promethean Knights are really damn annoying.
Edit: I don't care about your opinions. I never said it was the hardest Halo, or that I haven't beat it before. Promethean Knights are annoying. That's the basic message.

Holy saying opinions as if they were objective, Batman! There was not an ounce of logic in that. Because I didn't expect multiple people to make annoying assumptions based on the fact that I said to OP that Promethean Knights were annoying.

I managed to beat it solo Legendary so it can't be too hard. [spoiler]The hardest I can remember was in a hallway type of thing on Didact's ship (I think) and there was a bunch of waves of Prometheans.I don't remember there being any Knights in that bit.[/spoiler]

I've beaten it before as well. Having Halo 4 on the vanilla Legendary is really easy. But if you add most of the skulls to the mix...

Yeah,screw LASO.I played a few Reach missions on LASO when it was the weekly thing on Reach.I'll never forget having a checkpoint behind a brute and assassinating that brute like,a thousand times. [spoiler]I played with friends.I don't even think solo LASO is possible.[/spoiler]

I'm intimidated by the having to restart mission upon death skull. That's the only thing I don't think I want to out myself through. Because there's always some lame, unavoidable mishap that gets me killed.

I found the Knights to be easier than the Elites on legendary.

The only difficult game out of the ones you're referring to is CE. The others are a cakewalk. They don't have Promethean bullet sponges. I'm basically playing LASO right now through Halo 4, minus one or two skulls, and it's absurd.

Dude I beat it lasso I less than a day... All the other halos on lasso were insane ... What's so hard about the Prometheans they barely evade I had such a hard time hitting elites let alone preventing theirs shields from returning btw the hardest halo is halo 2 because your shields go down much faster than the other halos and out of all the real halos on legendary I have say either 3 or reach were the easiest

2 seemed the hardest for me, but I'm not sure if I really played CE on Legendary much.

If you have MCC, you should try it. If you get to the mission where you crash land in the pod, you'll see how bad it gets.
