Can you equip it somewhere? A few people reporting they have rare shotguns with amazing range, but I feel like without Shot Package they still won't be quite as good.

Very nice. Like a Found Verdict with Shot Package. Definitely would love to use that. ROF is the only thing that makes Felwinter's a pain.
