Dark souls is not as hard as people said it was. (Not including NG)Yhea the first 10 lvls were hard (because kept going to londo). Other than that going the right direction made the game easy. Only crossbreed Priscilla was only one to kill me more than 1x but that was due to going in early. They say you die a lot an tanks are terrible..... Tanks is easiest IMO . Never needed to roll just block. Played through on 20 vit and havels
Also see no utility in other weapons except halberd and bk halberd.

I got past Ornstien and Smough, but do you know how kill Smough first? I really want Ornstien's armor.

Summon solitare and while he distracts orenstein I usually just smack smaugh Just have to make Oren agro solitare and he should leave you alone. IMO that is better to kill Oren first because smaugh is slow and I just spammed arrows

That's what I do, keep Smough off of Solaire, but Solaire just kills Ornstien, there's no way I can kill Smough without Ornstien dying first.

I was tank with super high posies. Basically just spammed R1 till each dead and used only one heal... Oh and before fighting them I grinded to max out giants set and BK halberd. EZ

Did you ever play on NG+3? Because I had a Claymore+15 on my 40/40 build with Havel's and it was still hard.

But the actual start game itself is easy just needs a good grind and many parts before fighting bosses. And tanks could tank anything ;) with great shield of atorias. I never did a tank build. I did recently start a Giant Dad build though.

I tried it and rolling just seemed weird to me. In DS 2 tho my second build on were lightweight shieldless classes. Hard to get use to but I two weapon no lock on now. I'm sure if I go back to GD I can do it

What do you mean? That was all DS 1 stuff. When I wrote this I believe I was barely starting SOTFS so I had no impressions on it (tanks are not as useful with no poise in 2 :(. )

Yhea I started DS 2 right after 1 , about a month ago. I must have killed sm right before I posted this. Most of my bosses stated were DS 1 because I had just finished. DS 2 was tank able except harder
