I don't tip Hooters girls after they ask me if I want my change back after I use two $20 bills to pay for a 24 dollar tab
FYI I don't care for Hooters food or lack of service I don't even like going but my brother and friends like to go

Damn strait dude. Asking me if I want my change back is an instant no tip. Doesn't matter who you are.

I handed one exact change once and was going to put a ten on the table on my way out until the woman said "no tip hu" I flashed the ten and said not anymore and walked out.

If I was asked that I wouldn't tip shit. I usually leave 25-30% for great service, 20% for good, 15% for average and nothing if it's below that. But asking if you want your change? Yeah.. Go fuuck yourself. Lol
