Games are going stale, most studio's play it safe, release the same recycled games year after year. You need to find the diamond's in the rough. Try Bloodborne as it's a fresh experience, unlike anything else on the market at the moment.

Dark souls 1 is the best, but difficult. It's aimed at hardcore gamers. I would go with dark souls 2 if you're more of a casual gamer and it's easier.

DS2 is easier for a casual player than DS1. I still haven't cleared the cursed dungeons in Bloodborne, they're more difficult than anything in DS2.
