I've been so excited for this game but destiny guaranteed I will not trust this trailer or preorder. Combine that with DICE going downhill and I'm skeptical. They tried to claim hardline was as big as bf4 and it was basically a $60 mod. I heard it got rushed to give more support to Star Wars but who knows.
Seems they are also sacrificing expansion for graphics. As far as I've heard there may only be as many or slightly more options than battlefront 2. Also no space battles.
I will continue to look forward to this game but thank you bungie vision for permanently killing the appeal of anticipating it.
Edit: I guess that's unfair plenty of the AAA games have done their part to ruin launch day
Edit2: I know dice didn't make hardline but they supported it fully including the claims it was as expansive as 4

DICE didn't make battlefield hardline. They've learned from their mistakes with BF4. Lol how'd destiny get tied up in here? Preordering is evil anyways.

With the help of DICE. DICE has as much to blame for its failure as does Viceral. Do you believe they took the frostbite engine from DICE and created the mechanics from scrath? Thats why DICE is also credited in the game

Couldnt have been made without dices say so. They created the Frostbite engine. They dont get a pass on hardline

The game mechanics work great. The frostbite engine is amazing. Tell me again how it's DICEs fault for this game being bad? It's like saying the perfectly good working tools are the fault as to why a broken car doesn't work.

They supported and endorsed hardline. Doesn't reflect their skill at making games, but hurts their credibility for me to see them support obvious marketing lies for the parent company. Destiny just ruined any trailer I ever see. It was my nail in the coffin for trusting them or any hype before release

I get it, completely. But there are few games I trust out there. I'm not a fan of preordering or buying a game before reviews. Halo and battlefield are the only two games I've ever preordered. (Minus hardline, of course) I'm not telling you what to do with your money, but it would be very hard for DICE to screw this game up. I'll be preordering so I can play it early. I don't expect it to work perfectly, and I can deal with that frustration.

Yah I have a few friends getting to do that so I'm hoping that'll convince me and I'll still have time to get it. They also have been much more transparent than bungie. I've been excited for this game for so long I'm actually very happy with what I've seen. Basically my only worry is how much game content was sacrificed for graphics.
