Honestly, if you are using fan fire while aiming down the sight, you're using TLW wrong. This would hardly fix a thing.

1. Fan fire while ADS is perfectly fine and wrecks 2. Without ADS, good luck hitting anything that's not within blink shotgun range lol 3. The only time you don't fan fire while ADS is when you're sniping with it Thorn style lol

Even when i fire fast i'm trying to get those headshots by repeatedly pulling the trigger as apposed to holding it down. Even though this is an ever so slightly slower firing rate, i score critical hits far more often this way. When i fan fire while aiming down the sight, sometimes i miss the enemy entirely.

You'd be surprised at how accurate hip-fire is with TLW, if you have the gun, id give it a try, use aggressive ballistics and perfect balance a play a game only using hipfire while running and gunning.

I have but blink felwinter used to win against me more....but I'll give it another try. I can't imagine you getting hip fire headshot more than ADS. XD

The hipfire damage applies to all hipfire shots, so 3 hipfire body shots is a kill using aggressive ballistics, this ties with 3 shot kill with 2/3 headshots when ADS, but requires 0 headshots, it's just extra fun when you land those 111 crits.

You really think aggresive ballistic is worth it? I'm crazy about stability, so i go with the first option since it provides more stabity and range. I know that isn't what TLW was made for, but you'd be suprised how many distance kills i've gotten from TLW.

Depends on how you use it, I'm not 100% sure, but when hipfiring with aggressive ballistics it's 3 shot kill to the body, and without aggressive ballistics it's 4 shot to the body. However with ADS gameplay, I think the stability and range would be better.

I could be wrong though and it might still be a 3-shot without aggressive ballistics.

Yeah when I figured out it was three shot kill I haven't played a game using ADS since.

If you look at my grimoire for TLW I have a horrible precision kill ratio haha

That's partially my point, these changes have little to no effect on people using the weapon properly, and would likely silence most people who seek a Nerf to TLW, sheltering the gun from the usual "Bungie Nerf"
