That's quite the collection! Remarkable you don't have P&T yet. Missed out on it at Xûr back when it was sold by Xûr i'd reckon?

I started playing right after Halloween and I don't remember seeing it

Not really sure when it was sold. It was before the Dark Below came, that's for sure. I once got it as a max 300 attack. Then it dropped 2 weeks in a row on my hunter somewhere during The Dark Below, so then I dismantled that very first one. It's definitely been a long time since Xûr sold it.
