I'm not saying the leaks weren't mined from the Bungie source. However, I am saying that as Bungie hadn't formally announced the contents of the DLC, but rather warned us that some leaked things might not come to fruition, this leak does not hold as a promise from On High of a Raid.

Because everyone was thinking like a normal person and assume Bungie wouldn't cut their pinnacle of PVE content to resell it later. The leaks showed that whatever the big PVE event was called the Arena, which it is so, yup. It's right.

What I'm saying is that even though the leaks were mined from Bungie and may hold actually valid information, not all of it may come to pass, and thus is not promised by Bungie. Bungie didn't announce a Raid, the leak did, even if it used Bungie resources, so Bungie is not beholden to that leak and is not required to provide a Raid at this time. It was obviously planned, they've even said they're working on one, but it's not out in this upcoming DLC, contrary to what the leak told us would come to pass. There is a difference. Further ignoring that there's a difference is just an excuse to troll the so-called "Desticles."

Where's the Raid? That's my only point here. Not in your pictures and notes, I see them there. Elsewhere. Where's the actual promise, not the datamined leak. The Raid isn't coming to pass in this DLC. I never said it wasn't in the works, or that it had never been planned to be part of this DLC internally. But it was never announced as part of this DLC. The gear may not change. The activities may not change. Nothing else may change, but the Raid is not there. Thus not [b]ALL[/b] came to pass, even if [i]most[/i] does. No formal announcement of the Raid, no promise made.

So do you want it to be the pinnacle or not? They delayed it because the Raids haven't been as good as they, or the community, wanted them to be. We weren't promised a Raid, but we are now, hopefully one that takes more time to be a good one than Crota's End did. /subthread

Did they or didn't they delay it? One source says one way, the other leak says otherwise (in regards to the whole DLC, not just Raid). Even if it was actually delayed, not just a conflict of sources, perhaps things are the same on paper. You may get this strike, these activities, these stories, etc. But that doesn't mean those things couldn't've been put under the microscope and refined. The fact is, no one knows what's happened in the time since the "delay." Not those of us drinking the Kool Aid, nor those of us trying your Pepsi.

The raid is not a part of HOW, even if it is currently on disc thanks to today's update.

You've posted data-mined pictures that are subject to change, where the OP asked for where Bungie promised a new Raid with HoW. We've since been on and off topic, without you pointing to any source where Bungie came out and said there'd be a Raid in HoW. Leaks are not promises, announcements, or unchangeable. Moving on, I find some elements of Destiny to be a grind, but with work, a wife, and other things to do, I haven't felt the grind as much as people who have nothing but time to sink into the game. I don't know if our Exotics will be reset, though I'd hope Bungie has learned from previous mistakes.

Since there's nothing out there to indicate that they have, I have nothing I need to post.
