Know the heavy ammo spawns on all maps as well as the timers .
E.g , in control (I B) heavy ammo inbound at 9:10,spawns at 9:00 and then every 3 minutes after roughly.
Make your way to the general area when its inbound.
Use Truth or Thunderlord if you can.
If using Thunderlord make sure you use field scout , wait a few moments untill you hear the eneny rockets explode then you can basically use your Thunderlord as an assault rifle using small bursts to rack up kill streaks of ten or more.

This! Or if you don't have Thunderlord, Jolder's Hammer works fine too! Did this in a game of rumble, and i was on my titan, defender, with weapons of light. 3 shots to kill. (2 in the head on one guy who probably had low armor settings or something) Got a killstreak of 22, then i got the max score and won! And I'm still mad at myself for dying at the beginning. Would have been Unbroken if i hadn't! But atleast i got Sum of All Tears! [spoiler]Win a game of rumble with a greater score than all your enemies score combined[/spoiler]

Do you prefer weapons of light over the shield version? Ive been using both with mixed results.

It depends on, if you use high impact weapons, i think weapons of light is better. But if you want to stay more safe (and maybe help your team a little bit more) maybe blessing or armor of light would be better

Ill have to give it some experimentation on the battlefield. Try different weapon loadouts

I always go with weapons of light, and use my super when i have the heavy ammo! You will kill everything before they even know what happened. But in gamemodes like Salvage i sometimes go with armor of light. It's almost impossible to die if you have it. And that's good if you are capturing a relic or disabeling one!
