Let me guess you were soloing nitefall so dieing equals going to orbit..
Going to orbit equals losing ammo..
Yes even after weeks of talking and fixing of course they couldnt fix it completely..
Its called job security..

If Bungie failed to completely eliminate the glitch then they should have been transparent about that in an update since the patch. That said I'm not entirely convinced that's the cause of the issuex either, because I'm pretty sure it doesn't happen every time I return to orbit, regardless of the reason I went to orbit. Edit: Also, failing to fix an issue, or catch every instance of said issue, isn't job security. It's not being thorough. Which does not equal job security.

Loosing ammo upon going to orbit was never claimed to be fixed, only loosing it upon death.

Wrong. Losing ammo upon going to Orbit was acknowledged as part of the glitch. Hence when the glitch was fixed, it should have been fixed too

I was being sarcastic.. I do agree that thier fix was half assed but better than nothing. And I was trying to be helpful in explaining that any trip to orbit still equals heavy ammo loss if you are wearing gear that gives you more.
