If anybody wants to join a clan, Regime of the Light is accepting members. Only requirements are you must have PS4 and your character must be over level 27.

Question why no one Lower then 27

Because they cannot do hard VOG under level 27, and they cannot do normal Crota's End if they are under level 27. The game won't let you. It will say "requires better gear." ROTL does raids weekly on multiple characters. Also, if you are under level 27 you cannot do nightfalls either.
