I'm guessing the 2 on Earth in that secret area, 3 on Venus at the top of the gravity lift, not sure about any other ones.

I got all ghosts on destiny ghost tracker. Minus mercury ghost. And I got 2 kings watch ghost and three terminus ghost do the extra must be another area
