Wouldn't surprise me if it were skewed to make people feel better about themselves. Those percentiles seem far too low.
But what do I know, I guess.

I was thinking the same thing at first. However, I always thought myself to be average sized but people have said I'm large. These numbers would match better for what I've encountered in my life.

I've never had a girl come up to me and tell me to my face that I was large. I do agree with your statement generally. From what I've seen in locker rooms over the years, those flaccid lengths match very well. From the chart in the article.
