It's one of the best chestpieces for Warlock since you can throw more grenades while Radiance is active, meaning more Orbs of Light will drop more frequently.

It's not realy the chest though I can throw grenades faster than HOPF and I don't even use it I just have 520 dicipline

HopF greatly increases your grenade charge. While you're able to throw 8-10 grenades without HopF, you can throw more with HopF. Spread out your attribute points. We're talking about when using sunsinger with radiance active.

Every point over 272 has no effect at all on you. So you have a ton of extra that could be better off in intellect or strength.... Or maybe your intelligence would be a wiser choice.

The max orbs dropped from a single move is 8 however if you have a super with multiple hits you can do as many as your heart desires. Golden gun can do more than 8 and radiance can do waaaaaaay more than 8 it all depends on how many enemies you can kill since any kill a warlock makes while in radiance generates orbs no matter if it was a gun or grenade that killed the enemy. Warlocks with radiance using heavy and spamming grenades can produce a retarded amount of orbs

Really depends on who you're fighting. You can drop 10+ orbs fighting against hives.

No you can exceed 8 since it's more than one attack. Just like how golden gun can. You just can't go over 8 in one move. Let's say you had vandal majors lined up with keyhole active. If each gives you 4 orbs and you hit all 3 with the first shot killing them you'd make 8 orbs. If you shot 2 with the first then one with the second you'd make 12 orbs, and if you shot each with one round you'd make 12 orbs. This is assuming you don't hit anythjng else in the background in which case you'd make more orbs in the last 2 cases.
