170 is the highest, at least until House of Wolves comes along and potentially increases the range of armor stats by increasing the level cap.
Congratulations of the stat roll by the way! The only 'problem' I have with my 170 discipline Heart of the Praxic Fire is in choosing the armor to go with it without feeling like there is wasted potential somewhere. Since attribute % bonuses max out at 100% with 271 stat points then basically if the three other armor pieces give any more than 101 combined extra discipline the extra is essentially of no effect.

House of Wolves did not release until May The highest stat bonus on 36 Light exotic body armor (i.e. before House of Wolves) was 170. When armor Light increased from 36 to 42 in House of Wolves the maximum stat roll range increased from 170 to 181. I do not make a habit of going back through six month old posts to correct them after every expansion. The exact same 170 Heart of Praxic Fire I recieved during The Dark Below expansion became 181 after I ascended it in House of Wolves. In both case it was the maximum stat roll for any armor piece in the current light ranges.
