No. It can mark 1 target at a time. When is there ever only 1 attacking you? Why make a perk specifically for a single raid thats upcomming, instead of a perk that can be used everywhere.

You do realize you don't have to use that perk right? If you don't like it just switch it to spray and play

Yep and the fact that it has arc damage helps a lot also I honestly think it was made for the house of wolves I'm glad I kept 2 of them
