Ok a great exotic helmet for warlocks is Obsidian mind, either or skull of dire ahamkhara, apotheosis veil and light beyond nemesis are good for Crota hard, in terms of exotic rifle, if you manage to get it, Suros regime, all the way, if you don't like the focused fire too much don't upgrade it, after that I'd suggest hard light, then Monte Carlo, and if you're that desperate, nechrochasm

If you're running Vodiwalker - you said you want Obsidian Mind - You'll want Bad Juju to go with that (pulse rifle). Just look at any post, or video: Voidwalker + Obsidian Mind + Bad Juju = PROFIT (Nova Bombs constantly). It is the most fun combination in my opinion.
