Hello Bungie: I've been trying to get to higher levels. I'm a hunter level 24 and I've been trying to reach level 25 or higher for around 2 or 3 months but all the engrams I get are the same gear I have or lower. I would like to see a change on the loot system. Another thing, is about Xur The Agent Of The NIne. I saved up to 18 strange coins to buy exotic gear but the problem is that I need to have the Expansion 1, which I don't have. I've been waiting for weeks to see Xur sell something that doesn't require the Expansion. I would like to see like you change that or to just sell armor that requires the Expansion to the players that have the Expansion and the ones that doesn't have it, offer them stuffs that doesn't require the Expansion or something easier.
