I love how your saying.... "they need to make exclusives available to everyone" First of all they will be available in a year so just wait your turn they are coming. Second: do you not have any idea how a Contract works? You don't just say "well Xbox players are mad so let's make it available to all" No Sony payed ALOT of money to have Bungie give them the exclusives. Plus Bungie signed that contract they are not allowed to just resign from it. Stop complaining other then Hawkmoon (which is badass PSN players your lucky) the exclusives are not that great.
