If it takes you twenty minutes to do an ROC there's something wrong lol. The team I grind with can run through most strikes in 5-10 minutes, 15 for valus, and 20-30 for omnigul. Which is why we don't do omnigul. (By the way I'm on xbox so I can't speak for the other two.)
