I saw one of these posted on another DoD forum site. Basically you get the same 6 people with some alternates and the run the raid every week at whatever set time. This will make it faster and more efficient on week roll over. Good idea? Bad idea? I know it kinda gets into the..so and so didn't pick me and I want to be leader drama a little bit... To be honest it seems like most of seem to almost fall in a group of 6 just by the times we get on and who is decided to what. EDIT: now we need to form the teams...ideas on.who on.each team? I agree on attempting to get a good mix of who is good with what class EDIT: the goal is to be like the video linked =)
