I dont understand. They buffed the vex from 300 too 323 for being a true exotic. After the dlc everything went up too 331 except the vex. Yet again a exotic you get from a hard raid is less than a normal legendary. Maybe they should make a blue item from the vex. So why when everything is 300 and vex 323 is now everything 331 and vex still 323? It not logical. It should be 354 or at least 331. Any opions?
