Spent an hour on the phone with Cox & they say my speed is excellent.I'm so frustrated with this.I just want to play the game

I've got Cox (in Louisiana) as well. Chances are your connection is fine. I even used my PC to consistently ping Google.com while playing Destiny to see if there was any packet loss when I got booted from Destiny (because I am guaranteed to get booted at least once 100% of the time), but my there was NO packet loss. My connection runs like a dream.
