Before today, I've noticed Icebreaker takes slightly longer to regenerate ammo, particularly when shooting Crota/Boomers and Oracles in the Vault of Glass. Even one guy was screaming down the mic because his IB was out of shots and an Oracle needed to be destroyed. Xur is selling Icebreaker today, which a lot of people believed it would never be sold again. Hhmm... Regardless, I had a feeling Xur would sell a decent weapon on the release of the Hard Raid, in which we will be under levelled. Hard Mode is coming on Wednesday.
