I recently "reforged" my Timur's Lash to include the "Return to Sender" perk. The description for "Return to Sender" is "Kills with this weapon grants bonus ammo, directly to the magazine". I thought this would be pretty cool, since the magazine is pretty small (7). Since you can one shot kill many PvE enemies in the game with hand cannons, I thought I would be able to constantly replenish my ammo to offset the small mag. That is not the case. Upon testing, I only get approximately 2 extra rounds per magazine. And, that's with getting a kill with every shot. That isn't consistent with the description. Either the description should be changed, or the perk should be changed to match the description. I was mislead into spending a lot of xp on this perk.
