Drop tokens that we can exchange for the piece of gear we need so we aren't further subjected to this shitty roll system. The stats on the gear can be rolled when purchased with the token. Stop dropping shards and energy as rewards in raids! If you just drop armor and weapons we can dismantle them into shards and energy... Another week down the shitter. Now I can sit with my thumb up my ass for another full week so I can get screwed over again next week.
