I'm not sure if you mentioned it but there is a second easier way to cheese the bridge part. Don't activate the totems and just enter the room the sword bearer comes from. At the back of the room, there are two huge boxes. Everyone in the fireteam just needs to jump on top of these boxes. And the enemies will all de-spawn and you can start killing everyone across the way immediately. No self ress needed. I originally forgot to mention you have to activate the plate first. Then go into the sword bearer room. Anyways. Just watch the video.
