So I am on the Destiny wiki looking at hunter cloaks and I find a list of exotic cloaks you can apparently obtain from faction vendors if you hold a high enough rank. Anyone have one of these cloaks? And what level were you when you could buy it? Also. Should I waste my motes on a venom of ikaheka cloak or the cult/trinary star cloak? Edit 1: thanks for the necrobump guardians!
