LvL 31's & LvL 32's (beef)
Pre expansion there was beef between 29's & 30's (especially in the vault) now its post expansion & there is beef between 31's & 32's. Where does this beef come from? Verbally speaking they're practically enemies (especially in the crucible)

It's coz you can reach 31 with vendors therefore no skill or raid experience
