After creating an in depth psychological profile of my target, I would use their own individual phobias against them. In between sessions of subjecting them to said phobia, I would deprive them of sleep and food. The only nutrients they would recieve would be through IV. I would then describe to them, if applicable, how I would violently murder and dismember their family. After letting them have 24 hrs to think about that, I would offer them a bowl of chili. I would let them sit in the same room as it and let their mind run rampant in fear.
