Hi Bungie, Just wanted to say that if you were to acknowledge the many concerns players have since the DLC I think it would be very helpful to not only those who purchased the game but would ensure you have future customers. At this point it seems tons of people have stopped playing including me. Even with all the game breaking issues Bungie introduced with the DLC by simply acknowledging them and promising fixes I would be inclined to continue my progress in the game. But not now, not with the way it is right now, and most especially because of your silence. Nothing says you don't care more than ignoring your player base. Bungie's silence speaks volumes.
