So I'm having a very frustrating issue, me and my clan are running the new raid and I keep trying to pop a heavy ammo synthesis and it always gives me no ammo, but it takes away one of my packs and starts the 5 minute timer. wonder if there's any way to fix this for good. This has been happening off and on for a good month or two now. Likely close to 80-90 packs wasted. Also this is heavy ammo packs from Xur, not sure if that has something to do that now.
