Two of the DLC Crucible location Grimoire cards do not work for me, is this the case for everyone? I have played on all three and only have Cauldron. (Why is something as simple as unlocking cards so hard for Bungie to do?) Anyway, I didn't get any of the Rasputin Grimoire cards either. (And my friend got a Blade of Crota Grimoire card, I can't find this! I have killed dozens of the suckers.)
