Please fix the XBOX one party app frame rate lag issue. For those of you who don't know. Using the snapped or unsapped party app makes the game lag a lot in frame rate. It's extremely tough to invite people if they kicked mid raid because of a disconnect. Having people in the party makes it easy for us to invite them immediately back in. There's also the problem of fireteam chat just going out and bugging out.
