Here's the thing... Lower levels who depended on grenades and melee one shots in crucible for kills are currently weeping in IB. Those who have learned to used their weapons effectively are having a much easier time. I ran into a level 20 Titan with my 29 hunter several times during a match and each time he tried to either shoulder charge me or grenade me. He might have actually killed me if he'd followed up with, ya know, a trigger pull on that hunk of metal he was carrying around. But he didn't and he died every time. Moral of the story: Level does matter. Also, I shot him in the face. It was extremely satisfying.
