You are miss reading.
Level does not matter, defense and attack ratings matter (so a level 20 with a maxed out suros is going to hit as hard as a lvl 30 with same gun, the level 20 will just be more squishy)
And in the vid you posted you missed him and he shot you, so stop making your self look bad
