If you look closely you'll see that ONE, yes ONE, of your fusion rifle shots removes all of his shields.
He hits you directly and kills you.
Seems to me that you are the more over powered one.

exactly, he thinks the lvl 25 should melee him 5 times and shoot at his head for 2 minutes to take him down. some people smh....
