Removed from Game World (Please Advise)
Bungie,
I have read the help forms, opened my NAT, enabled UPnP, port forwarded the ports you advise in your form, but I still get kicked for Destiny. I get kicked at least 30-40 times a day, that's not a made up number. I truly do, I can hardly even get into the tower. After several attempts I am able but I eventually get kicked again. What is my next step? Should I screen shot and paste the way I have my network set up so that you can see the ports I have forwarded? I really want to play but having serious issues staying connected. I don't get kicked from Xbox live just the game. Should I give you my info so that you can see the activity and monitor my account? Yesterday, I got all the way to the final part of the daily and got kicked like 8 times in a row. I just want to be able to play, can you please advise, please. I am at a lose and have no clue what I should do next. Could you please advise.

4 RespuestasHi there, Have you attempted checking for a firmware update for your router? If your router is not up to date, UPnP will not work correctly. Then remove your port commands, and retry UPnP. You can also attempt clearing your cache on your system by unplugging it for 10 minutes, then plugging it back in.
