About Demands for Refunds & Free DLC...

( In responce to the change.org petition ) While I appreciate the premise of the petition, even if you honestly believe in it's rhetoric (not just your OWN personal gain), the unfortunate truth is you can't fight an entire industry through a single game. Deciding to choose NOW to "fight back" against Bungie and Activision because your disappointed with them for doing what has become an industry standard seems more like throwing a tantrum than standing up for principle. The fact that the framework for game content exists on the disk does not mean you should get a free pass to that content. Just because a amusement park is building a rollercoaster when you bought your ticket, it doesn't entitle you to a free pass when its finished being built. If a theme park exists in 2 countries and one of them has more attractions, that doesn't mean that you should pay less for your ticket cause you choose to visit the other. You certainly can't visit all the attractions, ride all the rides, and watch all the presentations than demand your money back because you don't agree that it is "The Happiest Place on Earth". If you want to fight the way gaming companies do business, attack the business model and the industry that supports it, not a single product that came out of it.
Feel free to bump, sign, quote, or copy this when you get sick of their spam and/or demands.
