Ok so being shot by explosive rounds in pvp staggers the -blam!- out of your screen if you've been on the business end of it and if you're not good enough to react and adapt to it quickly you are more than likely giving the enemy team 110 points. I personally have not been able to obtain a scout rifle with explosive rounds but pray for it everyday to see if it would devastate. My question is: Is it possible to obtain or does anyone have a legendary pulse rifle with explosive rounds perk on it? If anyone is a frequent user of the timepiece in pve or pvp you know how fast that shit shoots and could you imagine explosive rounds on it?!
