I don't care if they stay behind, more kills for them. People don't play a strike to get drops from adds but to finish and get the post-game rewards. If they want to get drops then why not go play patrol on Earth? You have just a good of a chance of getting a legendary engram from a level 4 dreg as you do from a level 24 cabal.
