Depends on the group and the mission. In general I'll just kill the guys and only occasionally run by adds but if a group is rushing then I'll rush or if a group is killing then I'll kill. If its for the Heroics I'll be a completionist but if its an easy strike like House of the Devil's Lair then I'll run by most of the enemies at the beginning but kill all the enemies later.
