Thorn most definitely needs a buff regardless imo, I mean there's so many better options lengendary, 6 shots and slow as heck reload even with armor that suppose to make HC reload quicker. It's not easy to use in PvP as some say, takes a while to get use to having to run for cover and reload every damn second
