Lets talk about Praedyth's Timepiece.
I personally feel that Praedyth's Timepiece is very undervalued
it has the highest RoF ive seen out of a pulse rifle ( out firing the strangers rifle in full auto mode) and its passives are very undervalued.
what does everybody else think?
