Pumpkin Heads
Am i the only one who used the pumpkin head items just to find them doing nothing?

Come to think of it, the animation for the Nightfall perk might be conflicting with it.

Nobody can use it because it doesn't work. And Bungie isn't going to fix it. Such a simple thing and it doesn't work...

I used all three over a couple hours. Not one worked. But meh, whatever.
